The Easter and Summer holidays can often leave parents feeling a little flustered wondering how to keep their children entertained during the lengthy time off from school they have. Wristbands are £7 for all ages and are available on the day of the event. The inflatable site will be located north of the River can and just off Parkway, A1060. The closest pedestrian entrances are via Parkway and there are plenty of parking facilities, including the NCP Parking Chelmsford Station (CM1 1HT) and the Fairfield Road Car Park (CM1 1JG).
Central Park has its own café serving hot and cold food, alongside drinks, ice creams and other sweet treats. There are plenty of picnic areas and benches throughout the park so it makes for the perfect location to relax and enjoy a picnic with friends and family.
There will also be face painting and fairground games like the traditional Coco Shy Game for everyone to play from as little as £1!
Chalkwell Park, Leigh-on-Sea – SS0 8NB
On Thursday 6th April, Thursday 13th April and Thursday 1st June, the inflatable fun days are coming to Chalkwell Park in Leigh-on-Sea for children of all ages to enjoy.
The inflatable site will be located on the park next to the playground, the tennis and other sport courts, which corners Chalkwell Avenue and the London Road (A13). The closest pedestrian entrances are from the A13 (SS0 9SU) and Chalkwell Avenue (SS0 8NB). There are parking facilities on site, and on-street parking along the roads surrounding all sides of the park.
There is an ornamental and flower garden free to stroll around, as well as plenty of space to enjoy a picnic in. Face painting and traditional fairground games will also be there to entertain the family.
Raphael Park, Romford – RM2 5PL
On Friday 7th April, Friday 14th April and Friday 2nd June, Raphael Park will be home to inflatable fun days throughout the Easter and Summer school holidays.
The inflatable fun will be taking part at the North end of Raphael Park, near to where the football pitches and play sites are located. The closest pedestrian entrances are Parkland Avenue via Lake Rise (RM1 4EE) and Reed Pond Walk via Parkway (RM2 5PL). There will be parking available in the Lodge Farm Park car park and extensive on-street parking along Parkway.
Raphael Park has its own café serving hot and cold food and drinks throughout the day, alongside ice creams and other sweet treats. There is also a flower garden for you to stroll through and plenty of open space to enjoy a picnic in. Face painting and traditional games will also be available for all the family to enjoy.
Every event will have a qualified paramedic on hand and when available, an appearance from St John’s ambulance or Red Cross stationed on site to put your concerns at ease.
