The One World Festival – Essex Culture Festival 2010

March 2010 sees the start of an 8 month culture festival in Essex. Events will take place in theatres, libraries, museums, streets, parks and village halls across all of Essex.

The festival aims to encourage the people of Essex to ask who they are and what their identity is, and also celebrate the wide diversity of people and cultures in Essex.

According to councillor Jeremy Lucus the One World Festival concentrates on celebrating and uniting all that is Essex.
