New Rollercoaster in 2010

Southend’s popular Adventure Island had some major work done in 2009/10. The million pound project saw a new arcade built with a roller coaster on its roof.

The arcade hosts a family entertainment centre which replaces the old Lucky Strike centre. The new centre is twice as big and a whole lot more fun.

The new rollercoaster and arcade opened in February 2010.
