5 Elements Martial Arts in Basildon are proud to announce that they will be hosting a boxing seminar on Sunday 6th February with Herol “Bomber” Graham.
This seminar will be teaching boxing skills, with footwork, drills, combinations and fitness conditioning advice.
Herol Bomber Graham is one of the UK’s top boxers. He holds former British, Commonwealth and European Championship titles and is also a 3 times World Title contender.
The seminar will starts at 2pm and goes on until 5.30pm. It costs £40 to non-members (club members pay £25).
5 Elements are also offering discounted club membership throughout January and has a range of kids martial arts classes, MMA, kickboxing and kung-fu, all taught by Tony Willis and his team of instructors.
