Hockley community centre is hosting a family health show which aims to educated parents and children about healthy living. The event is on Sunday 23rd of May 10am -4.30pm.
This is an educational health show for all the family with a day of talks, demos, classes, cooking demos, natural therapy treatments to try, food sampling nursery, workshops, classes and entertainment for children. The cafe will be open all day so you do not need to worry about lunch.
The event aims to be a fun way of showing people the many ways towards a more healthier lifestyle.
