Great Baddow Millenium Centre
There are proposals currently under review for an outdoor gym in Great Baddow. Based on the popular free outdoor gyms that are common in warmer climates, such as on the beaches of Brazil and the USA, the gym will provide a range of resistance machines and cardio machines to allow members of the public the exercise for free any time (during daylight hours) that they wish.
The gym will be in the Recreation Ground close to the Great Baddow Millennium Centre. Full details of the proposals are available from the Groundsmen’s Office at the Great Baddow Recreation Ground.
Judging from the poster the gym will include at least a cross trainer (elliptical trainer), cycling machine, plus two weight training stations, one for the shoulders and one for the chest.
