Essex Street Diversions is now held every year in Chelmsford and has been running for over 10 years.

Sep 25, 2009 – Street Diversions
Tomorrow a troop of outdoor street performers will be descending on Chelmsford to put on displays, shows and generally lark about for the enjoyment of the locals.
This is the 7th year that the festival has been running. Events will take place throughout Chelmsford town centre from 10.30am to 4.30pm.
The Coneheads will be back to bring a surreal, sci-fi come alien invasion feel to the town, and to hopefully make a lot of people laugh at their wacky antics.
