Essex Fireworks Displays – Bonfire Night – 2017

It’s almost Bonfire Night!

As summer leaves us, children head back to school and the nights are drawing in many people start to feel a little down as the joy of summer is replaced with the gloom of autumn.

So, what better way to overcome the gloom than to attend one of Essex’s fireworks displays on Bonfire Night? Essex holds many large organised firework displays, many with music, lights and a real fairground atmosphere.

Here we are listing all the major ones, with details of where to buy tickets as they become available. I you want to add your firework display, please contact us ASAP. We are adding all firework displays as the information becomes available.

Chelmsford Fireworks

The largest charity fireworks event in Chelmsford, raising money for various local good causes.

Southend Seafront Firework Spectacular(s)

• 7th October 2017 – 18th November 2017 – Every week at 19:30 – 19:45
• The event will be held in City Beach, Marine Parade, Southend-on-Sea, and is Free to attend

Belchamps Fireworks Display and Giant Bonfire

• Nov 4 @ 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  Gates open at 5pm and the family display will start at 6pm with plenty of comets, crackle, strobe, falling leaves and some old favourites including Catherine wheels, Waterfalls and set pieces. (An earlier display more suitable for young children)
• Don’t forget the giant bonfire at 7.30pm and our main Big Bang Fireworks Display at 8pm.
