Brentwood Beer and Music Festival

This weekend is the Brentwood Beer and Music Festival, in support of Help for Heroes.

The festival kicked off with music on Friday night. Adamski is headlining tonight. On Saturday the music starts at noon with a collection of pop, blues, folk and dance music.

Various cover bands are playing over the weekend, such as One Step Behind (Madness tribute),  Illegal Eagles (Eagles tribute act) and the Bootleg Beatles who are the final act on Saturday.

Headlining on Sunday is Dodgy, the 1990’s guitar, pop- rock band who were famous for songs such as “Staying Out for the Summer” and “Good Enough”.

The festival has a second stage, the ABC CARS BRENTWOOD TENT, which has smaller bands and comedians. No More Heroes headlines the ABC Cars tent on Saturday – I assume this is a Stranglers tribute act.

Full weekend tickets are £25, daily tickets are £10 on the gates. Children under 16 are free when with an adult.
