Partners and staff at Essex-based accountancy firm Rickard Keen have been raising valuable funds for medical workers in some of the world’s poorest and most war-torn countries after staging a number of events in aid of Médecins Sans Frontières.
As a firm which provides specialist accountancy services to the GP sector, Rickard Keen is a member of the Association of Independent Specialist Medical Accountants (AISMA), which is marking its 15th anniversary by raising funds for the charity.
In recent months, Rickard Keen has held a dress-down day, a cake sale and a raffle as well as a competition to guess the weight of colleague Faye Radmall’s yet-to-be-born baby.
Around £500 has been raised, which was handed over to AISMA at their conference on Thursday, May 13. The organisation is now close to raising its target figure of £15,000.

“As always, our team made a great effort to get involved and do their bit for charity, while having some fun at the same time.”
