Unlike other big commercial gyms there are no contracts, fees are reasonably priced and they manage the gym through a website with an online community. There are also video-linked classes in the fitness studio, 24 hours a day.

The Gym in Chelmsford will open on 17th December 2012. Trial The Gym Before Joining
If you wish to try before you join you can sign up for a daily membership for £5.00. The daily membership is valid for 24 hours on the day you wish to join.
Waiting Lists
Due to high demand some gyms have a waiting list, which means you can join but may not be able to use the service immediately.
