All over the county bike clubs do ride outs at the weekend, you really don’t have to go far to find like-minded people to ride and socialise with. So let’s look at how you can get into riding in Essex. Pictured above is the cafe in Burnham-on-Crouch, a popular stop for motorcyclists in Essex.
Where To Learn To Ride
Many places offer intensive training courses where you can learn to ride a motorbike in a week. Before you can ride any bike on the road you must pass your CBT (compulsory basic training) test, which is carried out on a 125cc machine. This course and test is usually done in one day. Once passed, you can learn to ride on a 500cc on the roads.
